Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Oversee payroll administration, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other applicable labor laws.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR-related assistance.
  • Manage exit formalities, clearance, and full and final settlements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and manage data in HRMS/HRIS systems.

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is desirable
