Software Sales Manager – Global Inside Sales

About the Role
ELI Health is seeking an energetic Global Inside Sales Manager with strong experience in Software Sales (EMR/ERP/SaaS). You will focus on international lead generation, sales closures, and driving revenue growth while managing and mentoring an inside sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, ZoomInfo & CRM tools.
- Conduct virtual demos and product presentations for EMR software.
- Create proposals and participate in deal closures with revenue accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of inside sales executives.
- Drive customer acquisition & upsell to existing clients for new revenue.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and business performance reports.
- Execute territory coverage plans and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Manage the complete software sales lifecycle, including negotiations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree – Computer Science / IT / Engineering preferred; Any graduate with relevant experience can apply.
- Mandatory: 1–2 years of Software Sales Experience
(Healthcare EMR, Hospital ERP, HRMS, Supply Chain, SaaS, or similar)
- Experience handling international inside sales / telecalling
- Strong communication & presentation skills in English
- Familiar with CRM tools, digital lead generation & sales reporting
- Must be target-driven with proven closing ability
- Laptop/PC and stable internet are must
