**Job summary**

**Key responsibilities**
- Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs, present product/service offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals effectively.
- Manage and prioritise sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets, utilising CRM tools to track progress and report on sales metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and optimise sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and contribute to the company's growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 1-2 years in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in Banking sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
