Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Experience : 1 to 4 Yrs

Job Role:

- Qualifying leads to determine their interest level, budget, timeline, and fit with the company's products or services.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate lead information and activity records.
- Managing lead generation campaigns, including planning, execution, and tracking of campaign effectiveness.
- Following up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Working closely with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to support lead generation efforts.
- Generating reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in lead generation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with leads to convert them into customers and promote repeat business.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, such as conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

Must-have Skills:

- Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in lead generation or business development, is often required.
- Familiarity with IT products, services, and terminology is essential for effectively communicating with IT professionals and understanding customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with leads, delivering compelling sales pitches, and building relationships.
