About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Manager with solid experience in Software Sales (EMR/ERP). You will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, generating leads, building strong revenue pipelines, and leading an inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities for EMR Software in international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, ZoomInfo, and CRM tools.
  • Conduct product presentations and prepare proposals for EMR Software.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and upsell to existing clients.
  • Execute territory coverage plans and maintain accurate sales pipelines.
  • Prepare business reports and maintain sales forecasts.
  • Lead and manage an inside sales executive team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven Software Sales experience is a must

(EMR, Hospital ERP, HRMS, Supply Chain, or similar SaaS products)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any equivalent program.
  • Should have managed full software sales lifecycle with revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in international inside sales or tele-calling preferred.
  • Must have a personal laptop/PC with stable internet.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Business development : 1 year (Preferred)
