Role Description

To lead and manage HR operations at the plant level, ensuring seamless workforce management, statutory compliance, industrial relations, contract labour control, Training & development, employee engagement, and implementation of company-wide HR practices developed by Corporate HR

Educational Qualification:

  • Full time Master degree in HR (MHRD, MSW, MLW, MBA-HR)
  • Relevant experience of 12-15 years
  • Certification in Labour Laws or Industrial Relations (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in the Engineering manufacturing industry is a plus
