Operations Manager (10+ Years Experience Required)

Education Required: BE/Btech/ME/Mtech

Location: Anand, Gujarat

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.

Collaborate with the executive team to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.

Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs across departments.

Operational Oversight Oversee daily operations across all business units to ensure seamless execution and high performance.

Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and KPIs to monitor operational health.

Ensure operational scalability, cost control, and resource optimization.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams including Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and more.

Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Manage departmental heads and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; develop and execute process improvement plans using lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

Oversee implementation of automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Monitor operational spending and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.

Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies for operational functions.

Customer Experience

Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction through optimized processes and responsive support teams. Work closely with Sales and Customer Support to identify operational gaps affecting customer outcomes.

Data & Performance Analytics Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive strategic initiatives.

Prepare and present performance reports to the executive team and board of directors.

Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.

Negotiate contracts and manage SLAs. Cross-functional Collaboration Act as a liaison between operations and other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication to drive organizational success.
