We are looking for a strong Branch Manager to lead the Agency Channel in Anand. The ideal candidate will manage an 8–9 member team, drive branch performance, recruit & develop Team, and ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8–9 employees in the Agency Channel.
  • Drive monthly targets through advisor recruitment, activation, and field support.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques & compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, team & channel partners.
  • Ensure smooth branch operations and documentation.
  • Plan weekly/monthly business strategies to achieve targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
  • Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, leadership & networking skills.
  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Field-ready, target-oriented, and able to manage a high-performance team.
