Job Title: Key Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Pune (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time (Freshers / College-going students can apply)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who is energetic, and extroverted. The role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys networking, and wants to kickstart their career in client servicing, PR, and sales within the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on campaigns.
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and provide quick solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling agency services.
  • Represent the agency in networking and PR opportunities.

Requirements:

  • College-going students / freshers welcome.
  • Based in Pune.
  • Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills.
  • Extroverted, social, and enjoys interacting with new people.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in sales, PR, or client servicing (preferred but not mandatory).
