Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our real estate business and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • This position is for Business Development Executive
  • End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective Buyer leads assigned in CRM
  • Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
  • Managing negotiations with Builder and Clients and ensuring deal closures
  • Lead generation through offline real estate network
  • Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards.
  • Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Keep time to time update on on-going projects as well as newly launch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹27, ₹32,000.00 per month
