Business Development Executive- Broker Alliance

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Connecting with small-scale stockbrokers PAN India Basis.
Engage with brokers looking to exit the business or consolidate operations.
Understand and assess their needs and guide them through possible partnership or acquisition discussions.
Take a holistic view of the brokers business, including volume, infrastructure, client base, and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with small brokers and their decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams to structure mutually beneficial proposals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in Cold Calling and Initiating Conversations
Ability to understand Financial/ Business models and present value propositions clearly.
