Position: Sourcing Manager_Real Estate

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and market research skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential real estate opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and prospective sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and property owners.
  • Negotiate lease and purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Manage due diligence processes, including site inspections and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand space requirements and operational needs.
  • Track market trends and provide strategic insights for long-term planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
