Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a disciplined, well-organized work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, correspondence, and email communication.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain office inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and professional approach to work.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting is an advantage.
