Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator located in Ahmedabad. The Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. The Administrator will also oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors, manage filing systems, and support various administrative tasks as needed. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment and supporting the team's operational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Management, Scheduling, and Correspondence Handling
- Experience with Record Keeping and Filing Systems
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Coordinate with Vendors and Manage Office Supplies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus
