Job Title: Ecommerce Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive business growth and strategic partnerships with major ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans, managing escalations, and driving sales growth while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) with ecommerce platforms to drive sales growth and business expansion

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute business strategies, including inventory planning, sales forecasting, and primary billing target achievement

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platform relationships, including objection handling and escalation management

  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth on ecommerce platforms

  • Processing Purchase orders, ensuring the billing, appointments and delivery as a SPOC for each of the POs and maintaining the tracker to track GRN and descrepacies and the payment as per due date.

  • Collaborate with sales coordination, marketing, finance and operations teams to ensure alignment and drive business results

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities on ecommerce platforms

  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business decisions

Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales and operation

  • Proven track record of success in managing ecommerce accounts and driving sales growth

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and others

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with business planning, forecasting, and inventory management

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software

  • Certification in sales, marketing, or business management
