About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Executives who can drive results and bring strong value to our growing team. This is a critical role within the organization where you'll be working directly with decision-makers, selling EdTech solutions to institutions and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing B2B leads.

  • Present EdTech solutions to decision-makers (principals, administrators, corporate HR, etc.).

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure repeat business.

  • Prepare compelling proposals and deliver high-quality sales presentations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the EdTech space.

  • Prior experience with top platforms like Career Launcher, Unacademy, Collegedunia, Shiksha, Meritto, or similar.

  • Proven success in handling high-ticket sales and long sales cycles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C sales models.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
