Summary:

The HR Head oversees all human resources activities across multiple hotel properties, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, regulatory compliance, and positive workplace culture to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with group business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and retention programs across the hotel group.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and legal compliance.
  • Plan and facilitate staff training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
  • Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures confidentially and fairly.
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement levels.
  • Support leadership with change management initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure HR policies stay current with labor laws and industry standards.

Employer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive HR leadership experience in the hospitality sector, usually 5+ years.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and talent management.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and lead diverse teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540, ₹720,000.00 per year
