Job Role:To manage the day-to-day business operations of Shegaon Kachori, take key decisions on behalf of the owner, and help the company grow efficiently by focusing on smooth operations, cost control, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Supervision & Coordination
  • Monitor daily outlet operations (sales, staff, quality, expenses).
  • Coordinate between vendors, suppliers, and outlet teams.
  • Take timely and practical decisions in the absence of the owner.

2.Cost Control & Profit Growth

  • Analyze expenses and profit reports of each outlet.
  • Identify cost-cutting opportunities (reduce wastage, control purchase rates, optimize staff usage).
  • Prepare monthly profitability reports and suggest improvements.

3.Team & Vendor Management

  • Supervise staff attendance, performance, and scheduling.
  • Handle vendor payments and reconciliation.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with vendors and partners.

4.Owner Assistance

  • Attend meetings and provide regular business updates to the owner.
  • Participate directly in business planning and decision-making.
  • Handle confidential and important company matters responsibly.

Skills Required:

  • Strong decision-making and business management skills
  • Basic accounting and reconciliation knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership qualities and a sense of ownership
