Sales Management : Drive sales growth, build client relationships, and oversee sales team performance to meet revenue targets. Production Oversight : Ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and achieve KPIs. New Product Development (NPD) : Lead innovation, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of new products. Team Leadership : Manage cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and foster collaboration to achieve goals. Financial Accountability : Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability across all functions.
