Partnerships: Build strong channel and strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.

Solution Selling: Present and position IT staff augmentation, remote developer teams, and outsourcing solutions with a consultative approach.

Leadership: Build and mentor a sales team (inside sales, account executives, SDRs) as the business scales.

Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums across Europe & UK.

Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in CRM, with regular forecasting and sales reports to leadership.
