About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Head – IT Services to lead our IT business division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, business growth, client management, and P&L ownership, ensuring operational excellence and profitability across all IT service lines.

This leadership position requires a blend of strategic foresight, business acumen, and hands-on execution, particularly in driving enterprise-level deals, nurturing client relationships, and delivering high-value technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends to expand IT service offerings.
  • Define go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement plans.
  • Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and enterprise clients.

2. P&L Management

  • Own the IT Services division's P&L with accountability for revenue, cost control, and profitability.
  • Create annual budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
  • Monitor financial metrics including revenue, gross margin, and EBIDTA performance.

3. Business Development & Client Relations

  • Lead enterprise-level deals from prospecting to closure.
  • Manage CXO-level relationships and drive account mining and upselling.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

4. Delivery & Operations Excellence

  • Oversee IT project delivery with adherence to timelines and SLAs.
  • Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvements.
  • Implement governance frameworks and risk management practices.

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team across sales, delivery, and support.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer success.
  • Identify skill gaps and enable continuous capability development.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Present business performance reports to top management regularly.

Education Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
