Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for a Pre-Sales Executive. The Pre-Sales Executive will engage with potential clients to effectively communicate the value of Syndicate Academy's training programs. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, delivering compelling presentations, providing product demonstrations, building strong client relationships, and contributing to lead generation activities. The role also includes collaborating with the sales and marketing teams for campaign strategies and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to understand and address customer requirements effectively
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrating products or solutions
  • Skills in client engagement and relationship building to maintain and nurture strong connections
  • Basic understanding of sales cycles, lead generation techniques, and collaboration with marketing teams
  • Time management, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Knowledge or interest in financial markets and trading is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
