Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in achieving business growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, client communication, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and preparing customized proposals.
  • Conduct initial client calls, explain products/services, and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for quotations or tenders.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and lead information.
  • Support in preparing presentations, product demonstrations, and documentation.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or references.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between clients and the sales team.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Experience 1-2 years as a Sales Executive
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Quick learner with a customer-centric mindset.
