Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products, identifying potential customers, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, attending client meetings, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for staying updated with product knowledge and market trends to effectively explain and sell insurance products.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in identifying potential customers and building client relationships
  • Proficiency in conducting sales presentations and client meetings
  • Customer service and satisfaction skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work efficiently on-site
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
