Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to oversee sales operations within the assigned location. The role involves managing and expanding the distribution network, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective coordination with channel partners. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and experience in channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of PVC blend-based products through channel sales.
- Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network in assigned cities.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Head.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely order placement, stock availability, and payment collection.
- Conduct product training and promotional activities for channel partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in building materials or PVC products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cities and travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
