Role Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic
Sales Executives/Sales Managers
who will be responsible for driving sales of our healthcare software portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, and the ability to build sustainable client relationships. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Sales Manager. Based in Indore, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role requires conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various teams to execute sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies.

Generate leads, conduct meetings/demos, and close deals.

Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide feedback to the tech team for product improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proven experience in software sales or healthcare sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and present them effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Experience in HMS, Clinic software, EMR, or Pharmacy software sales will be an added advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
