The Pre-Sales & Tender Executive will support the sales teams by preparing high-quality proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documentation. The candidate will bridge communication between technical, sales, and client teams to ensure that every proposal meets technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and bid invitations from government and enterprise clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare complete proposal responses.
  • Draft and format technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and product documentation.
  • Maintain and update a centralized repository of tender and proposal templates.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in pre-sales activities including client presentations, solution briefs, and demos.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and upcoming tenders.
  • Track bid submissions, clarifications, and results for management reporting.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with branding, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing business case presentations and ROI models for clients.

Key Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Good understanding of IT / IoT / electronic solution domains (training will be provided).
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential).
  • Analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with government e-procurement portals like GeM will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
