Pre-Sales Executive

The Pre-Sales & Tender Executive will support the sales teams by preparing high-quality proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and tender documentation. The candidate will bridge communication between technical, sales, and client teams to ensure that every proposal meets technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, RFPs, and bid invitations from government and enterprise clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare complete proposal responses.
- Draft and format technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and product documentation.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of tender and proposal templates.
- Support sales and marketing teams in pre-sales activities including client presentations, solution briefs, and demos.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and upcoming tenders.
- Track bid submissions, clarifications, and results for management reporting.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with branding, compliance, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing business case presentations and ROI models for clients.
Key Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good understanding of IT / IoT / electronic solution domains (training will be provided).
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential).
- Analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with government e-procurement portals like GeM will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
