- Pre-Sales Calling: Reach out to assess client needs and explain our services.
- CRM Management: Document client details for follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work with sales & marketing to transition qualified leads and provide feedback.
- Sales Support: Assist with client insights, meeting prep, and lead updates.
