
Pre-sales / Proposal / Presentation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Proposal Development**:
- Develop and manage technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quotation) from potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, project managers, and sales teams, to gather accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure all proposals are tailored to the client’s specific needs while adhering to Synoris’s pricing, technical, and business guidelines.
- **Pre-sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and map those to Synoris's software solutions.
- Provide pre-sales technical and functional support, including preparing use cases, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis.
- Customize product demos and presentations to suit the prospect’s needs, ensuring a compelling value proposition.
- **Presentations & Product Demonstrations**:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive, clear, and visually engaging presentations for clients and prospects.
- Conduct software demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits, ensuring alignment with the client’s business problems.
- Continuously update and enhance presentation materials based on evolving product features and client feedback.
- **Client Engagement & Communication**:
- Engage with prospects to clarify their requirements, communicate Synoris’s value proposition, and address their concerns.
- Maintain proactive communication with the sales team and clients to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to project delivery.
- **Solution Customization & Consulting**:
- Understand customer pain points and requirements, and work with technical teams to configure or customize solutions accordingly.
- Assist in developing solutions architecture and project plans for client proposals.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Create, maintain, and update a repository of proposals, case studies, white papers, and other pre-sales materials.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing proposal success rates, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Manage proposal deadlines and ensure timely submission of all materials.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve proposal content and sales strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in software technology and digital transformation trends to position Synoris’s offerings more effectively.

Experience in developing customized proposals that address specific software requirements and business needs.

Ability to deliver impactful, engaging presentations that effectively communicate the value of Synoris’s software solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients.
- **Sales Acumen**:
Understanding of sales processes and the ability to align software solutions with the client’s business challenges.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:
Ability to understand the client’s pain points and position Synoris's solutions as the ideal fit to address those challenges.
- **Time Management & Multi-tasking**:
Ability to manage multiple proposals and pre-sales activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in pre-sales, proposal management, or sales support in a **software or IT services company**.
- Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Experience in preparing proposals for enterprise software solutions or IT services.
**Preferred**:
- Prior experience in mobile app development solutions, SaaS, or enterprise software sales support.
- Experience in interacting with international clients and adapting sales materials to diverse markets.
- Familiarity with technical concepts like API integrations, backend systems, cloud services, DevOps, and software architecture.
