JD -

1) Achieving revenue targets through sales and business development activities.

2) Development and execution of proposals for new business opportunities.

3) Identifying prospects and meeting new clients through campaigns.

4) Meeting the school clients and consulting them to implement our Ed-Tech solution.

5) Following up with the clients to ensure they are getting error-free service.

6) Assisting clients in case they have any problems related to product services and retaining them.

7) Maintaining client's database to ensure quality process flow.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, client handling, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving ability, with a focus on market analysis and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Work experience in EdTech or education solutions is a plus.
  • High motivation, ability to work in a team, and adaptability to the dynamic market environment.
