Business Development Manager

The *Business Development Manager* will be responsible for:
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Establishing relationships with schools and educational institutions
* Driving the growth and expansion of FSM's operations
This role requires:
* A proactive approach to sales
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
*Key Responsibilities*
Identify New Business Opportunities
Identify potential new schools & educational institutions for FSM's music education programs
Research & implement new promotional techniques to reach target markets
Pitch Products and Services
Effectively pitch FSM's products & services to potential clients
Develop & deliver compelling presentations and sales displays
Maintain Relationships with Existing Clients
Build and maintain fruitful relationships with existing schools & customers
Ensure client satisfaction & address concerns promptly
Outreach and Networking
Contact potential schools via email/phone to set up meetings
Attend conferences, meetings & educational events to promote FSM
Marketing Initiatives
Plan & oversee new marketing initiatives to boost visibility
Work with the marketing team to develop & execute campaigns
Client Communication
Inform schools about new workshops, programs, and services
Follow up on contracts & renewals via calls, emails & meetings
Develop and track sales goals
Monitor performance & report to Director of Sales & Marketing
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
* Proven experience in business development or sales
* Strong understanding of the education sector (K–12 preferred)
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills
* Proficiency with CRM software & MS Office
* Strong organizational & time-management skills
* Willingness to travel for meetings and events
