Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer retention, providing exceptional customer experiences, analyzing customer data, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proven experience in Customer Retention
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience
  • Experience in Sales and supporting sales functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
