Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of clients while maintaining profitability. Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring long-term partnership potential.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge. Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and forecasts. Preferred candidate profileEducational Background: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in MICE sales, demonstrating a history of achieving sales targets.
