Role & responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
- Present, promote, and explain products/services clearly to generate interest.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quality standards.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• - Maintain records of calls and sales activities in CRM/system.
• - Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Shift Time:- 10.00am-7.00pm
Working Days :- 6 Days Working 1 Rotational Week off
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). 10th Pass with Min 1 Year exp in Bpo
- Prior telesales/tele calling/BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
