The Planning, Monitoring and Control Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the performance tracking, progress evaluation, and quality control mechanisms of ongoing construction projects. The role requires close collaboration with Planning, Execution, Billing, Procurement and Quality teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope, in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, Review and Validation of Baseline Schedule as per Project timelines
  • Ensure Projections are aligned with overall Company's financial goal
  • Review and validation of Resources Planning (Manpower Mobilization Report + Machinery Planning) as per Project
  • Monitoring of project progress in terms of actual work done, manpower, budget and material requirement on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, Constant monitoring of lag between the planned vs actual and preparations of catch up plan in consultation with Project Manager or top management to achieve Project goals.
  • Communications with all Stakeholders
  • Timely escalation of important/key points related to project to the top management
  • Monitoring of cash flow of respective Projects
  • Timely submission of Procurement requisitions (for SITC work) to Procurement department and Submission of Schedule of subcontract delivery with procurement list
  • Monitoring of tender and GFC variation in case of Lump sum/EPC projects
  • Review and validation of the project closure checklist, database and related documents and Ensure all required Project closure documents are adhered
  • Ensure site team is aligned with Documentation requirement for the Project
  • Ensure all documents as per SOP is maintained at Site
  • Ensure Key Project staff is aware of contract documents so Project is executed as per the same
  • Make sure any extra Item/disputed items are being documented and closed as per Contract and all Extra/Disputed Items are paid as per agreed rates
  • Ensure all Key emails, SIs, RFIs or any other instructions by PMC/client are reverted/adhered to.
  • Review of Budget prepared by Budget team
  • Review of CTC (Cost to Complete)
  • Finalization of Cash flow for overall Project-to be prepared as and when required by the Client
  • Ensure Project Billing , certification & payment is taking place as per Contract
  • Ensure any variation of Project Quantities or cost is being billed on a timely manner
  • Training of Project team to align them with Project goals and to adapt best practice as decided at company level.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Master's degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or related field/MBA from Reputed University only.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in project planning, monitoring, or control roles within construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project), MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction methods, and contractual frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Desirable Attributes:

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects.
