Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and update project schedules (Primavera/MS Project or equivalent).
  • Track project milestones, site progress, and identify delays or bottlenecks.
  • Visit sites regularly to monitor civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to management.
  • Interface with client representatives to resolve site-level issues.
  • Draft contractual letters including delay notifications, extension of time, claims, and clarifications.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are monitored and communicated to site/project teams.
  • Support project cash flow monitoring by linking progress with billing milestones.
  • Coordinate internally with design, procurement, and execution teams to maintain schedule adherence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years experience in project planning, monitoring, and contract management in power/infra projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC/turnkey contract conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting client correspondence.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of claims/variation management.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site and HO teams.
  • High integrity and accountability, reporting directly to management.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting mitigation measures.
