Job Title: Project Engineer - Solar EPC

Location: Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Solar EPC industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 10 years of experience in designing, planning, and executing Solar Power Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Design: Develop engineering designs and layouts for Solar PV projects (rooftop and ground-mounted).

  2. Conduct site feasibility and energy assessments, and perform shading analysis.

  3. Select and size solar components (modules, inverters, cables, mounting structures, etc.).

  4. Project Execution & Coordination: Manage end-to-end project execution, quality, safety, and timeline adherence. Coordinate with procurement, civil, electrical, and commissioning teams.

  5. Assist in resolving technical challenges and troubleshooting issues during installation.

  6. Testing & Commissioning: Knowledge of SCADA systems, battery storage, and hybrid solar solutions.

Experience in utility-scale solar projects is a plus.
