Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing and upcoming construction and interior projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, coordination, and quality control across all sites, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage multiple project sites simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure timely execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at all sites.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Handle material requirements and site logistics.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in construction/interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site management, project execution, and safety practices.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
