About the Role We’re looking for a versatile Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, IT, design, and operations, ensuring seamless delivery of custom web portals, digital, event-tech, and web-based projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality output. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, execute, and deliver digital/event-tech/custom web development projects from start to finish. ● Conduct regular status meetings and track project progress against milestones. ● Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, content, operations) and external partners to ensure timely delivery. ● Maintain and update all project documentation, reports, and communication trails. ● Gather and define requirements from clients and translate them into actionable tasks for teams. ● Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks. ● Provide excellent client servicing, maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for growth. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for client needs. ● Prepare progress updates, timelines, and reports for management and clients. Key Skills ● Project Planning & Tracking ● Client Communication & Stakeholder Management ● Cross-functional Team Coordination ● Resource Allocation & Risk Management ● Requirement Gathering & Documentation ● API Integration Awareness (preferred) ● Quality Assurance & Delivery Oversight ● Technical Understanding of Web/App Development Lifecycle Preferred Background ● 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a tech or event-tech environment . ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields . ● Hands-on experience managing multiple digital/event-tech projects. ● Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, Click Up, or Jira. Nice to Have ● Certification or online coursework in HTML, Python, Data Visualization, or Web Development (e.g., Kaggle, Webtek Labs). ● Understanding of API integration and tech documentation. ● Experience working on government/industry association projects Soft Skills ● Strong communication and leadership abilities. ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. ● Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a team-first approach. CTC: ₹4.0 – 4.5 LPA (based on experience and expertise)
