About the RoleWe’re looking for a versatile Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, IT, design, and operations, ensuring seamless delivery of custom web portals, digital, event-tech, and web-based projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality output.Key Responsibilities● Plan, execute, and deliver digital/event-tech/custom web development projects from start to finish.● Conduct regular status meetings and track project progress against milestones.● Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, content, operations) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.● Maintain and update all project documentation, reports, and communication trails.● Gather and define requirements from clients and translate them into actionable tasks for teams.● Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks.● Provide excellent client servicing, maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for client needs.● Prepare progress updates, timelines, and reports for management and clients.Key Skills● Project Planning & Tracking● Client Communication & Stakeholder Management● Cross-functional Team Coordination● Resource Allocation & Risk Management● Requirement Gathering & Documentation● API Integration Awareness (preferred)● Quality Assurance & Delivery Oversight● Technical Understanding of Web/App Development LifecyclePreferred Background● 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a tech or event-tech environment.● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.● Hands-on experience managing multiple digital/event-tech projects.● Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.Nice to Have● Certification or online coursework in HTML, Python, Data Visualization, or Web Development (e.g., Kaggle, Webtek Labs).● Understanding of API integration and tech documentation.● Experience working on government/industry association projectsSoft Skills● Strong communication and leadership abilities.● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.● Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a team-first approach.CTC: ₹4.0 – 4.5 LPA (based on experience and expertise)
