JOB DESCRIPTION

As an HVAC Planning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and design of HVAC

systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project

management skills, and the ability to provide strategic leadership to the HVAC planning team.

Responsibilities:

1. Point of Contact and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and the

project team, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination.

2. Conduct Site Assessments: Participate in site assessments and feasibility studies to support HVAC

system planning.

3. Review Documentation: Aid in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.

4. Project Execution: Assist in coordinating and executing HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with project

goals and schedules.

5. Work Scheduling: Support the creation and management of project schedules and budgets.

6. Daily Progress Reporting: Prepare and update daily progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.

7. Technical Knowledge: Utilize technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including high-side and low-side

equipment, to support planning and design.

8. Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to process

improvements.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.

3. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

4. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet

deadline.

5. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.

6. Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective interactions with clients, vendors, and team

members.

LOCATION:

Reporting to Corporate office-Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura;

open to travel PAN-India
