JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Planning Manager to lead our planning team in the successful execution of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:

  2. Develop comprehensive project plans for HVAC systems, considering project scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.

  4. Resource Allocation:

  5. Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project execution.

  6. Work closely with other departments to coordinate resource availability.

  7. Design Coordination:

  8. Liaise with the design team to ensure that HVAC plans align with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

  9. Review and approve design documents, calculations, and specifications.

  10. Budget Management:

  11. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  12. Collaborate with the finance department to provide accurate financial forecasts.

  13. Quality Assurance:

  14. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and compliance of HVAC plans.

  15. Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential issues.

  16. Client Collaboration:

  17. Work closely with clients to understand their HVAC requirements and preferences.

  18. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to meet client expectations.

REQUIREMENT:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in HVAC project planning, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and standards.
  4. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in relevant design and project management software.

LOCATION:

Reporting to Corporate office- Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura; open to travel PAN-India
