Roles & Responsibilities:
Educational Qualification

Masters in Population Studies/ Social Science / Social work / Statistics/ Demography

Years of Experience

4-5 years of working experience in filed monitoring, surveys, evaluations. Prior experience in implementation of monitoring tools and methods.

Technical Skills

Application of monitoring theory and practices

Proficiency in monitoring field data collection in different settings

Differentiation between Project MIS and Monitoring methods

Data management skills

Ability to make data tabulation plan

Basic data analysis skills either in SPSS, STATA or SAS

Competencies

Observation skills

Negotiation skills

Problem-solving skills in the context of field monitoring

Other Skills and attributes

Ability to work with diverse team members

Attention to details

Adhere to timelines

Project Monitoring Planning and Implementation
- Application of technical rigour in implementation of project monitoring plan for assigned projects.
- Track the project input and output as per project monitoring plan and annual planner of projects.
- Keep the alignment live between project data collection and monitoring plans.
- Track and report deviation in project plans or deviation in monitoring plan
- Use monitoring checklist (before, during and after plans) for each monitoring visits.
- Support in pilot testing of digital monitoring tools and techniques.
- Submit Weekly/Monthly reports on Project performance and key insights and gaps

Process Validation, Data Verification and Quality Assurance
- Perform process validation of key project inputs through observation visits
- Assess quality of project data through observation and verification.
- Support projects in donor field visits and external stakeholder visits.
- Support research and evaluation team for any pilot testing/ Pre testing for field research, evaluation with treatment /comparison design.

Reporting of Monitoring:

- Monthly field visit log and monitoring report submission to Manager
- Monitoring findings
- summarize and reported to projects with action plan and agreed timelines
- Support Manager in triangulation report between MIS, project data and monitoring report

Monitoring training Support to Projects.
- Organize and conduct field monitoring training for project field staff.
- Participate in project trainings/ orientations/ MIS/ Data review

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
