Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to capture new market opportunities in the Derma segment.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing key accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports, ensuring continuous improvements in process and outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharma, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the Derma or Pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the aptitude to manage a dynamic sales team.
Deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics and client relationship management.
Preferred:
Experience in managing large-scale sales operations and teams in competitive environments.
- Proficiency with analytical tools for sales forecasting and reporting.
