Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sales activities, including developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include supervising the sales team, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Communications
- Ability to develop and implement Sales Strategies and Market Research
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the aesthetics or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
