WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR WINDALE RESORTS " MUNNAR

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
  • Coordinating and managing the hotel's departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures
  • Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service
  • Conducting regular inspections of the hotel to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Managing budgets and financial plans, and controlling expenditure
  • Handling customer complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Regularly reporting to the hotel owner or senior management on business performance
  • Implementing strategies to increase hotel's visibility and competitiveness in the market

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹32,000.00 per month
