Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day resort operations, including accommodation, housekeeping, food & beverage, guest services, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain resort standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle budgeting, expense control, inventory management, and basic accounting tasks.
  • Act as the face of the resort — greet guests, manage VIP clients, and ensure a personalized experience for all visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in resort/hotel management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Malayalam is a plus.
  • Passion for nature, sustainability, and delivering unique hospitality experiences.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote location.
