F&B Stewards

We are looking for skilled F&B Stewards to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage food and beverage services, including inventory management and stock control.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and activities.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
