. We partner with FMCG, personal care, and lifestyle brands to create impactful sampling campaigns across corporates, co-working spaces, events, residential societies, and digital platforms.
We are looking for a passionate and driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team and scale Samply's brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard FMCG, personal care, and lifestyle brands for product sampling campaigns.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner for brand managers and marketing heads.
- Pitch Samply's solutions (offline sampling, Samply Goody Bags, Samply Sample Boxes, digital trials) to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales / Brand Partnerships
, preferably in FMCG, media, advertising, or events. - Strong network with
marketing decision-makers in consumer brands
is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
