This role is critical in strengthening our reach across regional markets and building strong partner-driven revenue streams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
Channel Sales Executive / Channel Partner Manager

with 3–5 years of experience in developing distributor networks, onboarding resellers, and driving channel-based revenue.

The candidate will be fully responsible for
building KSPL's partner ecosystem

, generating pipeline through partners, and ensuring high-quality engagement across West & North India.

You will represent KSPL's product suite, build long-term alliances, and drive aggressive growth through channel-led GTM (Go-To-Market). 

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Development & Partner Acquisition

Identify and onboard channel partners, resellers, system integrators (SIs), and distributors for KSPL's products.

Build structured partner pipelines:
Silver, Gold & Platinum Partner tiers

.

Conduct due diligence, negotiate commercial terms, and execute partnership agreements.

2. Partner Relationship Management

Maintain strong, consistent engagement with all active partners.

Conduct monthly partner performance reviews and quarterly business planning meetings.

Ensure partner alignment on product positioning, pricing, and GTM initiatives.

3. Channel Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through partner networks.

Drive product penetration across corporate, enterprise, education, and PSU sectors.

Track funnel movement and forecast partner-driven sales using CRM tools.

4. Partner Enablement & Training

Provide technical and functional product demos for Foodiisoft, Spacebee, EntryIQ, Qualus, and others.

Conduct partner onboarding workshops, refresher training, and sales-readiness programs.

Equip partners with marketing kits, pitch decks, case studies, pricing models, and RFP support.

5. Market Intelligence & Competition Mapping

Gather ground-level insights on regional markets, industry trends, pricing patterns, and competitor activities.

Provide actionable intelligence to leadership for strategic decisions.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with
Marketing

for partner campaigns,
Operations

for onboarding,
Finance

for payouts, and
Support

for deployment success.

Monitor partner escalations and ensure timely resolution.

7. Regional Travel & Field Execution

Conduct frequent field travel (West & North India) for partner meetings, customer demos, exhibitions, and market development.

Represent KSPL at industry events, tech expos, and channel roadshows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· –5 years of solid experience in
Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Distribution Management

.

· Experience working with
IT/SaaS, Telecom, Smart Devices, Automation, or B2B Product

companies preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

· Proven ability to manage a large territory and work in a target-driven environment.

· Proficient in CRM systems, reporting, pipeline management, and MS Office tools.

· Comfortable with extensive travel.
